protecting film

What do you need to protect the film?

I know you need leader. And I saw on a Kodak site you need some cleaning lubricant. Is "Cleaning Lubricant" the right name? or is there another name.

Do I need anything else?

I'm not sure if Kodak still sells their lubricant -- you can get great stuff called ECCO 1500 ANTI-STATIC FILM CLEANER AND CONDITIONER off the Urbanski film supplies site at: http://members.tripod.com/~Moviecraft/supplies.html
